About the event
The Juneteenth Celebration is named in honor of Judge Eddie E. Harrsion who passed away on November 6, 2020. He was a key member in creating the Juneteenth Celebration at Washington-on-the-Brazos in 2017. Judge Harrison was a retired Colonel with 34 years of service in the US Army and spent 16 years serving as a City of Brenham Municipal Court Judge.
